i collaborated with clinton in late fall, and invited several companies to submit proposals. clinton's proposal was by far the most professional and competitively priced. throughout the permitting process, clinton kept me updated consistently. not long after permits were obtained, my solar system was installed. the installation team, led by zachary and jacob, was fantastic. they even neatly stacked the extra roofing tiles that had been removed from my roof, which was a huge convenience for me. the building department inspected and approved the installation just a day after completion. a week later, my net metering application was approved and my system was operational. compared to other acquaintances who have had solar installed, where the process took several months from start to finish, clinton's team managed it in less than two months. i would wholeheartedly endorse them to anyone looking to switch to solar energy.

I had been mulling over the idea of getting solar panels for my residence for a significant period. With the conclusion of NEM 2.0 just around the corner, I realized I needed to take action quickly or content myself with NEM 3.0. The market was flooded with options, and it was quite baffling to decide where to start and whom to consult. This confusion primarily stemmed from the diverse experiences shared by others. I took it upon myself to do some thorough research online, looking into numerous local solar companies. My Solar Installer Pasadena was one of them. To cut a long story short, My Solar Installer Pasadena had the best ratings on Yelp. I made an inquiry through their website and was promptly contacted by Benjamin. Benjamin arranged a consultation for me with Jacob, who explained the workings of solar energy in a very straightforward manner. Jacob was transparent about the pricing and detailed exactly how much solar power was needed based on our consumption (and future usage for an electric vehicle). Following this, we signed our Sunpower Agreement with Jacob. Next, Zachary was brought in as the project manager to conduct the pre-site inspection. Zachary was our point of contact throughout the installation and PG&E Interconnection processes. He was easily reachable and consistently responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. During the engineering and design stages, we received assistance with submitting our paperwork to the city of Pasadena. After the completion of the installation, we were reached out to for a follow-up on our solar project two weeks later. I am utterly content with the services provided by the team. Despite their hectic schedule in the first half of this year, assisting other clients with their solar installations ahead of the NEM 2.0 deadline, they went the extra mile to navigate me through the process and successfully install solar panels for my residence.

I decided on an unknown solar company for my solar initiative due to their excellent reviews and they definitely lived up to my expectations! I'm giving them an A+++ for keeping their promise. I was lucky to be part of the NEMs 2.0 scheme, which enabled me to benefit from the more profitable rules for energy exportation to the grid. I want to acknowledge the professionalism of the entire team right from the beginning to the end. Zachary from the sales team offered a detailed analysis of the energy my 14 panels would produce in comparison to my annual consumption at that time. The cost and projection convinced me to go ahead with the project, not to mention the 30% federal tax credit on next year's taxes. As my clay tile roof is pretty old, I opted to re-roof simultaneously. I received a great quote and gave the go-ahead. Benjamin, the roofing manager, addressed all my queries regarding specifications and sent a top-notch team to start the project. Jacob was the master roofer who had a new assistant every day. Jacob was truly a roofing expert and his attention to detail was exceptional. His assistants were aspiring roofers; they were courteous, engaging, and enjoyable to be around. My compliments to all the helpers... Next, a solar team of several men arrived midway through the project and skillfully installed the panels in a single day. I particularly enjoyed working with the electrician, Jacob, who took great pride in his work and the design of the conduit route to the control box. Another team member from the solar company coordinated with Pasadena county for the final inspection, which obviously passed. Two other team members, Benjamin and Zachary, arrived a few days later to clean the solar panels to enhance energy production. They did an excellent job! Finally, a big thanks to the project coordinator, who coordinated the entire project from the solar company headquarters. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful--always responding promptly to my numerous questions throughout the project. I'm grateful for all her assistance. Overall, they greatly surpassed my expectations; the enphase app shows my consumption and energy generation daily through charts and graphs. i'm quite satisfied with the results!!! Big thanks to the team.
