We have been using MSS Intake Coordinator services, Simple Practice Training services and CEO Coaching services for the past year. We are a stronger, more efficient and better organized company thanks to Frances and her team. Outsourcing something so personal to us as answering the phones and being the first person to speak to our clients was a bit scary at first. However, our Intake Coordinator is truly a part of our team and isn't someone just answering the phones, he is a helpful and integral part of our company who knows us and helps our clients navigate things.
