Very disappointed and dissatisfied. 1 out of 20 of your calls will be answered or even called back. They will text message you instead of calling you back, which would be fine if my situations weren't urgent. I called multiple times leaving Voicemails confirming our appointment this morning, even though they made the appointment 2 months ago saying it was the soonest available. My son is 4 months old and hasn’t been seen since Early July, and this Dr.s office couldn’t even have the decency to call me or at least call me back and reschedule because of Labour day. They constantly send me bills that are computed in the computer completely wrong, and have called many times to fix the damage they have caused to my insurance, but never answer the phone. Please choose your pediatricians wisely. Very.. Disappointed. As a new mother And to other new mothers please do research.
Used to be 5 stars but went downhill overtime. The Vietnamese receptionist Tina is unprofessional and has poor communication skill. ( this has been going on for years and im fed up) She provided Incorrect co-pay information which i had to validate from my PPO insurance company. Kenya is great and knows what she is doing. She works there much longer than Tina. I understand Mylinh Trinh is popular and expanded alot but common…w the bad receptionist.
From a $40 co-pay and demanded to pay in cash only to the corrected 0 dollar visit…( rightful check-up visit) w kanya. Hmmmm there seem to be some discrepancy there…
Also, look at all these recent bad reviews… Her name is TINA ( that sneaky Vietnamese older lady)
She needs to go….Oh well, it was great while it lasted…here. Ill be moving on to so many other better places. Don't get me wrong, mylinh is still good doc in my point of view but im very sad and disappoint in management
