Excellent experience with online portal and vendor. They had easy measuring instructions, followed up to make sure it was right especially about clips. The cover came well packaged and EARLY! the vendor was clear about delivery timelines. Altogether I am quite satisfied. I purchased the "fabric" upgrade and it is lighter and more attractive than the standard vinyl

Ordered a cover, had issues with the checkout process refreshing page numerous times. Then my cover arrives and is wrong and there’s nothing the company will do about it because “all sales are final” even with me offering to pay and ship it back and pay for alterations (the corners aren’t rounded as originally selected so it doesn’t fit my hot tub) Customer Service had no grace or understanding and wouldn’t acknowledge any of this. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this company and their team of hard working employees! Incredible and thoughtful customer service! High quality product! My custom sized spa cover was manufactured with beautiful workmanship and completed and delivered in a few weeks! It was a pleasure working with a company with such integrity! Every part of my purchase was seamless down to the conscientious company they hire to deliver! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
