Giving this 4 stars because I don’t want a small business to be hurt by a lower rating in case the associate my husband and I interacted with is just a disgruntled employee and not the store owner. I was excited to go here as I had liked what I had seen online, and my husband and I had to work hard to find parking and get to the shop in the rain. The associate working there genuinely made us feel unwelcome and like she was angry we even showed up. She refused to acknowledge us or even look at us after her irritated greeting upon our arrival, and she never once offered to help or assist us in any way. My husband and I had just shopped at a similar store in the area where we had received great customer service and felt welcomed and not like our presence was burdening anyone. We looked around the shop and decided not to buy anything because of the poor customer service.

Loved the owner. She was so friendly , informative and personable. I asked for a pendulum and she hand makes them, she came out of the back with one that I am in love with
