IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS, CALL JIMMY!! Great guy! Hey knows his job and is GOOD at it!!!! I purchased the N2 Designs Remote start kit w/cell phone module for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Tacoma Lifestyle...I read directions many times and even watched you tube videos to familiarize myself with the steps of installing and programming....The install and programming was very easy to understand. After completing all steps and attempting to program, everything seemed to be correct, even the programming went pretty smooth, but in the end, the remote start would not work....I checked and rechecked and decided I did everything that was supposed to be done and was at a dead end so I called that normally dreaded customer service number on the card that came with my module! I thought, "Great! Now I gotta get on here with someone I probably can't understand who has no idea what they are talking about, to help me fix a wiring issue that they can't see.....GRRRRR!" BOY, WAS I EVER WRONG!!!! Jimmy is absolutely amazing! Very personable and relaxed conversation! Jimmy knows his stuff! First we checked all wiring harnesses and modules to make sure I bought and received correct parts for my specific truck, and as we did that, he ran across something and said that it is possible that I followed everything correctly and the problem was nothing I did....There was some kind of update that needed to be done to my module in order for it to work with my specific truck....so he set up return shipping and said they were gonna take care of it directly instead of having to go through Tacoma Lifestyle as that would be longer wait time... I received the label and sent it back...Shipping wait was fast, they even provided a tracking number for me to see when they shipped it back and the arrival date!! I had my module back and text Jimmy to see if he was free to help ....Did I mention that JIMMY KNOWS HIS STUFF....? To sum up he had me going in no time and along with some laughs and conversations it made the experience very pleasant and comfortable! Felt like it was a close buddy helping me with a problem! I seriously wish every customer service experience could be this relaxed, comfortable, and productive!
