She is very good in bait and switch. Will promise you the world and give you reasonable price in the beginning. After process starts and you are already knee deep in it, she will come up with new expenses and claim these are not part of the original , and if you want to continue you have to pay more or your project process comes to halt.
I lost about $2,500 and think I realize her scam early, otherwise it would have cost me much more. She charged me $2250 for architectural drawing but invoice shows she paid only $2,000 for drawings. As I told you honesty is the best policy. You may fool some of people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. I have all the emails and invoices too. Don’t lie. You still owe me 2,000 for drawings that are no use to me. Contract ended because you got caught.
