I have been into this place a total of 2 times due to receiving a giftcard. The first time I went, it was a fine experience. I very much enjoyed the mimosa and my nails looked fairly good (I only got shellac manicure) but there was not a single person in there on a Saturday which I thought was very odd. The second time I went in (on Saturday the 15th) I had booked an appointment for my friend and I to get manicures and pedicures so that I could use up the rest of my giftcard. The pedicure was going fine until they left my friend sitting with cold towels on her legs (hot towels that turned cold quick) and paraffin wax on her feet for over 20 minutes while her nail tech went and worked on someone else .. but my nail tech was still doing my full service. When my toes were done, my nail tech brought over a towel and placed it on my lap to start filing my nails for my manicure and the towels had a couple ants on it, which I have never seen before at a nail salon. She moved me over to the manicure chair and started cleaning off her cuticle cutter on the towel, as if it was dirty.. if I’m not mistaken, the cuticle cutter should have already been cleaned and properly sanitized before using it on someone else? It was also very clear that they reuse nail files for multiple clients (which again, not okay with me). When she did my nails, I could tell she was struggling for some reason. After about FOUR coats of shellac, my nails are STILL streaky.. you can clearly see through to my nail and the color I picked is a dark color.. I even mentioned to her that it seemed streaky but she decided to do a 30 second hand massage and rush me out of the door. It was just my friend and I and 1 other client in the whole salon when we went in for our service on the 15th… the fact that their salon is soooo empty on Saturdays is a red flag to me. My friend and I got in the car and said we would NEVER go back to that place again.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. The ladies are all so sweet and very talented. You don’t get a pedicure experience anywhere else like you do here, the massage is long and incredible. I’ve had long acrylic nails done here and short gel nails and either way they come out amazing. If anything chips after your service they will fix it for free no questions asked. Also the mimosas are amazing!

I had a really bad experience there yesterday. I went with my mom for us to get our nails done. We were the only ones in the salon. My mom wasn't pleased with the way a color looked on her toes so she asked if we could remove the color and start again. The nail tech assigned to her said no, it's impossible. We knew this wasn't the case as we've seen it done before. After some back and forth, the nail tech said "It's too much time." I respectfully said "it's okay we aren't in a rush today" that was when the nail tech threw her tools and walked away screaming. The manager came over and rectified the situation but that was wildly uncalled for and unprofessional.
