This spot has been my go to since moving to the area in 2020. Nail Gallery is always clean, they stick to appointment times, my gel lasts weeks and Susan is meticulous, talented, and kind. Highly recommend!

Had appointment with owner who tried to pass me off to someone else. I insisted on using her as I had been referred by a friend. Asked her to trim a few nails so they were even but instead she angrily cut all 10 down super short. Then she cut me with a file because she’d made them so short and she was filing fast and furiously. I was bleeding and had to make her stop and get Neosporin. My nail and finger both became infected within days. Will never go back. Several months later I am editing this review to add that my infected finger caused my nail to grow abnormally. It is flat and wide and grows very slowly. Dermatologist prescribed medication that needs to be used twice daily and said it can take 12 months until the nail fully grows out and grows normally. No guarantee that it will. The employees at Nail Gallery are probably fine, just don’t use the owner!

I went for my gel manicure and pedicure today. It was nice however I am not sure on why they didn’t give me back neck massage. While the lady was doing all other ladies massage who were getting polish changes.
I need to know how that works cause I think it’s very bias. As if it works on service I took more service than just nail polish change
