Reply to owner: I tried to email you, but the email bounced back. Address listed on your website is not valid. The person who did my nails is Haley Pham (that is her venmo anyways). I honestly do not want to come back in. I already spend an hour there last night and do not want to waste more of my time. I would like reimbursement for this manicure. It’s absolutely horrible. Honestly, the worst manicure I’ve probably ever had. This looks like a child did it. I got home and really looked at it and realized how bad it is. Made one of my nails bleed as well, and some nails are already coming up (I’ve been home 2 hours from when I got the manicure). The woman who did my nails was all over the place too, constantly getting up and doing other things. Owner sent walk ins away 1.5 hours before closing as well, and my nail tech said she could do their nails, but owner stated very loudly that she wanted to go home. Just an overall weird experience. I won’t be back. This was such a waste of money, ugh.
