I had been going to nail masters sporadically until October 2021. After that I have been going in every other week because the service is so wonderful! Mimi and her husband Oad are so professional about their customer service and making sure that you do not leave the salon until you’re 100% satisfied. I had Mimi put on a full set of acrylic nails initially and go see her every other week for a fill. I don’t need to go in that often because my nails look so good. My sister, my mother, and I all get our nails and pedicures there. My sister has also had her eyebrows waxed and dyed. It is a girls day out, we always start our our day with Nail Masters because we all use their services. Mimi has come to know our names and always asks how are we are doing. I have never known such terrific customer service in all the years I have had professional nails done. The quality and artistic talent that Mimi has is a true gift. I am a flight attendant so I interact with co-workers and customers every day. It is important that my nails look manicured. People continually ask where I get my nails done because they look so good. I have posted pictures on Facebook of our nails just for fun and have had people that live in different states ask about where we go. My sister likes fun nails, and my mom likes the classic French. My sister also gets her eyebrows waxed and dyed and they look so natural. I have no higher recommendation for this business that I can give. If I there was a rating beyond five stars I would rate it that. I drive 20 miles and it’s well worth my while to see Mimi, Oad and their team.
