been going her for 10 plus years.. nice ladies i like my pedi everytime they do an awesome job on eye brows.. busy on fridays and saturdays

They use their own nails to scrape off your nail polish and while doing this they constantly pinch your skin. One lady was doing this to me and I politely asked her to please utilize a tool to do so and she said ok used it for 2.2 seconds and continued scraping with her nails this is so unsanitary.
