I originally called Nailed It Contracting and Roofing to repair some storm damage to the roof on my house. Upon further inspection, the damage was more extensive than it first appeared. At that point the decision was made to replace the entire roof.

These men were open and honest with their assessment of the damage and provided various options to proceed without any pressure. They provided pictures of the condition of the roof and other concerns they found during their inspection. They were quite knowledgeable about the various roofing material options and there was no pressure to choose any particular option.

They showed up when they said they would, worked hard throughout the workday, and cleaned up before leaving the job site. During the process they took the time to explain and demonstrate how they were installing the roof. The project progressed in a timely fashion and was completed on time. My roof is three stories high and there are not a lot of roofers standing in line to work that far off the ground in typically windy conditions.

Safety was a top priority. They wore safety harnesses at all times and even installed anchors in the roof to insure they had solid anchor points.

They were polite, respectful, and thoughtful in all our interactions. They were considerate of our work schedules and wake-up times.

They do quality work and stand behind their work. We are very happy with the final results and have received many compliments on our new roof. I recommend these gentlemen without reservation.
