I tried this place out a month ago. I scheduled an appointment, I arrived and had to wait 20 min. I decided to leave.

On Friday, I made sure I was the first person. They were clean, fast, kind and gentle. I got a pedi and gel x. I asked for something simple and they did a great job.

Mani was a light nudi-pink color and shape is short almond.

Making an appointment through the website, or calling salon to make an appointment ahead seems a bit pointless. When you arrive for your appointment the nail techs seem thrown off why you are there. After a minute of standing in doorway you’re finally greeted with ‘ can I help you’ with a bit of a scowl’ then you reply ‘ I’ve have appointment for (time), is met with “what service do you need, have a seat and pick your color” There seems to be a lack of respect for customer time’ who’ve made appointment ahead of time. In my observation walk-in customers may be seated before a person that’s scheduled appointment time. The cleanliness of the salon could be improved greatly ( stained towels, sanitizing of salon pedicure bowls, nail tools used) is unseen. **My last visit, I received a pedicure and once the gel polish was removed, I noticed one of my toenails was dark on color underneath the nail. The nail tech proceeded with the pedicure and something with this toe didn’t feel quite right as the nail tech worked on.The nail tech used a tool that was more aggressive to clip this toe nail. Long story short I get home only to discover this toenail was dead’ and I removed the guck under the nail the nail tech failed to remove and then the toenail came off completely, only then I discovered a new toenail which had grown underneath the nail the tech worked aggressively on: which creeped me out at the same time explained why the tech worked aggressively on this toe’ I was quite upset with the discovery, the nail tech failed to communicate what was happening with this nail and proceeded to finish pedicure and complete with putting nail polish over the damaged toenail. Then move along to the next customer waiting for a pedicure. This type of service is unacceptable and unsanitary to myself and other customers!!!! Please be aware’ and fully present of what’s actually taking place with the services your are paying for… I understood everything deceiving after the fact ’ that wasn’t communicated. Also I recalled the nail techs speaking to one another mostly my nail tech in their native language as the other nail techs glanced at me with a sort of noticeable odd stare.Concluding all the nail techs knew what was happening with this particular toenail and kept closed mouths with no regards for my nail health or anyone being serviced after me…. I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!😳🥹

been looking WAY TOO LONG for a nail place to do gel x for me that LASTS!!! Lani did an incredible job w the shape, she has reasonable prices, clean shop, and plenty of color options! I highly recommend and will be back very soon :) i was also only there for 65 mins too :)

not the best pic lol but these r my nails grown out over 2 weeks! they are sturdy still no lifting and I can be as agressive as i want without them breaking
