Horrible experience at this place and across the street. The staff yelled at me and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. They cut my nails so short they bled. I will never go back

These are JUST DONE nails. They are different shapes, different lengths and the polish is different thicknesses. They also cut my cuticles and truly CUT them. I just left and I can’t wait to get my nails done again somewhere else. They are also incredibly overpriced. I paid $20 ON TOP of the price of a manicure just to make it gel. $60 just for below average nails. Have been before but will not go back

Awful service. The lady who take care of me watched a tv show off of her phone while doing my nails. I asked for dip and she did my nails like gel. I asked for oval shape and she did square nails. She didn’t pay attention because she was watching her show. Very frustrating. My nail has already broke and it’s been one day.
