I asked her to trim my hair and frame my face. I told her very specifically that I wanted to leave it long and that I was afraid to cut off too much. I told her my hair is curly and I straighten it usually.
She held up an amount that looked like 2-3 inches and said how about this much and I agreed.
I paid her without a monetary tip. I did give here a verbal one telling her that she needs to listen when a person is describing what they want done.
I went home to get my sister and we drove back there together. My sister said 1 sentence to her "We would like to talk to you about services that were just rendered to my sister."
And this lady handed me my money back and told us to leave. Then physically "shooed" us out of the shop by waving her hands at us and touching my body with her fingertips!
