I'm a long term customer of this salon. I used to love it. But recently, I've had nothing but bad experiences. I got a gel manicure done and I loved it. But just a few short days later, it started chipping on several nails! I went back about 5 days later after having it done and they did fix it for me free of charge...but as soon as I got home, it just chipped off again. Fast forward less than 2 weeks after I got it done, I decided to just go back and get a whole new gel manicure done. I walked into the salon at 6:00pm. There was a lady just sitting, doing nothing. She approached me and I told her what I wanted, which was a gel manicure and a pedicure. The other younger girl who was helping someone else asked me if I could come back tomorrow because they close in an hour and they have a party to go to so they can't do my nails. I said no, I can't because I work tomorrow and I'm a mom of 2. It's hard enough for me to be able to get time to go as it is. I asked again, "so you can't do it? you guys don't close for an hour" and she told me no again, that they close soon and they have a party to attend. Are you kidding me?!?! Needless to say, I walked out. Not to mention, on my way to a different salon, I was very easily able to peel my gel manicure off after not even having it done for 2 weeks. this salon just lost a long term customer and I will be calling to complain to whoever is the manager!
