We were lucky to find Nancy as our real estate agent when we bought our first home. She was very patient with us as we took our time figuring out what we wanted in a home. We looked in Arleta, North Hills, Granada Hills and North Hollywood.
Nancy is so knowledgeable about the San Fernando Valley. As parents with young kids, it was important to us to have a realtor who is familiar with LAUSD and all of the schools in the area.
We were first time homebuyers, so we needed a realtor to walk us through every step of the process. Nancy helped us line up all of the vendors and contractors we needed to close and do the repairs needed on our new home.

Buying a house was not an easy task, especially being a first time buyer. My stress was high as the market this past year has been tough. Nancy is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Nancy moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer to closing. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Nancy and her team are amazing and I would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

Great experience, Nancy is a true professional. We had very specific demands and a budget as far as what we wanted. She came through and found us our dream home (I’m not being cliche). Nancy listened to our needs and never tried to sell us something we did not ask for. Her meticulous attention to detail ensured that we received top of the line inspections and appraisals.
