Nancy was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about our condo that we were selling and the market. It sold in 36 hours and above asking! She is willing to step in and help with prepping the home for staging and viewings. From washing surfaces to vacuuming. Her staging skills are lovely and made our home look so bright and spacious! We also used her to buy our new home. She was able to help us negotiate price based on condition. She has been very responsive and having the ability to rent the company cargo van also helped us! I would most certainly use Nancy again if I were buying and / or selling.
