My husband and I were on a road trip passing through Pendleton on a Saturday when our radiator went out. All the shops were closed and many places didn’t carry the parts we needed or weren’t able to assist us. We came to this Napa and not only did the employees find/ have all the right parts, one of the employees, Jacob even put in the new radiator for us! They were so professional, kind and extremely helpful! They saved us so much time and money by helping us get back on the road that same day. 10/10 recommend this Napa! Thank you so much you guys!

Helped me out in a pinch. I really appreciate the delivery option. Saved me over $100 by getting a self starter driven to me, almost immediately, instead of being pushed into a AAA membership. A local wanted $150 for a jump! Sadie was very professional and efficient with service. I felt really taken care of! Thank you!!!

While on a trip to the Snake River we had a cooling issue 12 miles out of town. Sadie took our call and had the parts brought to us by Jacob and Shane. That was enough to get me going so I could go back into town and replace the cooling fan that also died. They had everything we need in stock and on the shelf. Rented me the fan clutch tools and I changed it in the parking lot. At the store they offered help and repeatedly asked if there was anything else they could do. They always had a smile and were professional beyond what I have seen in a very long time. With out their help and willingness to bring the parts we needed a couple hour ordeal would have been much worse. As a field mechanic by trade I go into a lot of parts stores and this was the best experience I have had in a very long time. They treated us like we were a regular customer they new for 20 years. I can’t say enough good things about this store. And also want to thank the staff of Sadie, Jacob, and Shane.
