Would give them a 0 if possible. I am not a corporate account. But to be almost ignored when entering. Went to North Bend NAPA today. Terry came out fixed my wiper blade. He knows what service is. This was second failed visit to Ellensburg NAPA. Same treatment as first time. And also last.. many other parts stores in town.

My experience inside the store was great. The person helping me was quick to help and share his knowledge. I also bought windshield wipers, and he asked if I needed help, which I declined. However, when I got outside and began changing the wipers, a different employee came up and, without asking, started changing my wipers for me. I would've liked the opportunity to decline his help (I was looking forward to putting my car back to rights). It made me wonder if he took over because I'm a girl and if he would've taken over had I been a guy? I like NAPA, overall, and my wipers are working great. I would've appreciated him asking before assuming I needed help.
