I experienced great windshield washer problem service from the 2 young professionals working at Napa Abbotsford today. This included car care, clear understandable explanations delivered with respect and certainly didn’t cause me to feel stupid. As a retired senior female I am cautious about who I trust. All service was completed today, before the freezing rain we are expecting, and at a fair price. As I waited in the lobby for my vehicle to be done, I witnessed customers, that interacted with the front office young man, who were all treated like good friends or relatives. I was very interested in the knowledge he shared. On my way out, the mechanic spent some time searching for the source of an odd clicking sound that my engine was making. We decided that it would be safe to check that out in January. I will be back! Thank you guys and Merry Christmas!
