What does NAPA have that others don't?? Not much more than the other chain stores, and less than the "mom and pop" outfits scattered here and there across our great Nation... Helpful staff, fairly quick on finding the parts you need, 8 times outta 10, they grab the right part, give the right advice, and "have that one in stock". A little shopping Musik, wouldn't hurt; a "dedicated to answering phones only" team of two on shift would be much better, and provide much better service to those on the phones, and those who are walk ins.... Please, remember your mask, and Stay Safe, everyone!!

Used to be my go-to place, but having to constantly wait for service got tiring. Still a good place to go if you are having a hard time locating parts.

Napa had the blue dye I was searching for to check the cooling system for the presence of hydrocarbon fumes. It's a great test performed when buying a used vehicle. Thanks again NAPA!
