The best customer service!! I'm not too savvy on changing light bulbs on my car's headlights (or too much else to be completely honest...) and the last 2 times I have needed to replace them, the sales associate (different person BOTH times) came out to my car and installed them for me. They were not obligated or even expected to do so but I was incredibly appreciative. You don't see that too often these days. Their facility is always neat, clean and the staff is genuinely courteous and helpful. As a woman, I never feel like a wounded animal traversing the Serengeti with a pack of hyenas nipping at my heels when I walk into NAPA. Ladies...you know exactly what I mean!!! If you need help, assistance or information from a knowledgeable and friendly staff personnel...save yourself the time and trouble of going anywhere else....LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I ordered a part online and got a phone call from Jason in 30 minutes telling me he has my part. Went over there today and picked it up and since I'm travelling, I asked him if I could do the minor job in the parking lot, which he agreed to. It's a huge thing when you're on the road and people are helpful. Thanks!

The guy was super helpful and even loaned us a tool to help us in our situation. We came right back and he immediately matched up what we needed and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Even was nice enough to let me use the employee restroom.
