Bought a 30amp fuse for my truck but it would not fit. So I returned it and found another one slightly different, asked if I can fit it first, he allowed me and it did fit. I went back to pay for the $1 difference but he said it's all good. Small things like these are MUCH appreciated!

I went in this evening to get a new battery for my car and John helped me. I am just blown away by his customer service. He went above and beyond for me and I can't begin to say how much I appreciate him and all of his help! I will be a loyal Napa customer now! Thank you, John!!

If they cannot get the part you most likely do not need it. We never have to wait more them a few days. They are very good about calling when my parts do come in. 06/17/22 Had everything we needed with no wait. Very nice
