I went in there for some parts and also asking some questions. There was a woman that was very rude I think she was the manager, she had no customer service whatsoever. I will not go back to that Napa again when I'm in Oregon. The rest of the staff was really helpful and polite though.

Fast friendly service. Didn't have part I needed but took the time to look it up to see if they could get it.
