Helpful, usually have what I need or tell me where I can get it. Updated post: they gave me the wrong part (simple oil filter)... Frustrating that I had to make a trip back to get the right one but the exchange was easy and hassle free.
Waited 20 minutes to find a oil pan gasket for 2 different cars. On your own computer said you had 4 on 1 and 6 on the other. 2 employees could not for them. Said they had them online, too. Wasted my time. I have had other problems with the wrong parts. 4 employees standing around joking around talking about personal problems that customers should not have to listen to when they can't even get a gasket for an oli pan!! Quit standing around and get your business back to as simple as finding a little gasket. I will never ever be back unless it's the very last resort. Work on your own inventory. Lost a good customer. NEVER AGAIN
