What a great store. I stopped in to pick up car ramps. The guys were very helpful and with their knowledge of NAPA products they helped make my decision easier. I was pleasantly surprised by their tool display; hand tools, power tools, storage options, tool box displays that you could see and touch, jacks, stands, and lifts, what a great idea. The CDA store listens to, and provides, what the customer needs and wants. Thank you and keep up the great job.

I went to buy some parts for a Ford F-250 but this not very friendly young man with glasses bought the wrong part and I had to return it but I couldn't find my purchase receipt I told him it was on my card and he very curtly told me that he couldn't do it that transaction then I ordered a piece call and he told me that it would arrive tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and it was not to take my phone number I asked him if he needed it and he said no in other napa auto parts centers they take my phone number to let me know that my order is ready I didn't like the way this boy was attentive

Store was clean and well organized. The employees said hello on us entering the store. One man was very helpful and went above and beyond for us to make sure i got the right oil i was looking for! And went back to grab it for us! They do have the plastic windows up because of covid, but they were professional friendly and willing to help out!
