I always look forward to my experience at NAPA. My most recent visit is 4 stars because I had to call to confirm my part was in, rather than them calling me. Otherwise, stellar parts shop. Don't be afraid of NAPA brand anything, it's always rock solid.

Went here to return a hub assembly I was assured two times was for my truck. The two employees were rude and not helpful at all.

Always a pleasure to talk with REAL car guys! Not only do they know about the cars on the road everyday, they care about racing and could casually take care of my parts while I stand and have a great time, before you know it I had my parts, prices for others and a huge smile on my face. All signs point to NAPA on Kitsap way. Way to go guys and keep passing down the knowledge to the next generation! Did I mention I got all the parts I needed? 6 stars.
