Overall terrible experience for something that should you'd think should have been quick and painless. With no other shoppers in the store and 3 employees behind the counter and not a single acknowledgement or simple "hi, we'll be right with you". I was just ignored until someone finally made eye-contact, even then he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Then just flat-out refused to lift a finger to start a return for an online purchase (still within the return window), even though their website clearly states:
"Participating NAPA Stores can also process returns and exchanges of NAPA Online ship-to-home purchases. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is not required for in-store returns."
I used to try and go out of my way to shop at NAPA, but not anymore. Thankfully, it was just a ~$16 gasket, and not a larger purchase.
