I had an amazing experience with the Napa Valley Bike Stop! After having major issues trying to rent bikes at a self service kiosk, Brad stepped in and directed to his shop in downtown Napa. Once there, Jeremiah stepped in and set us up properly. The bikes were in top-notch condition, and he made sure each bike was setup for our individual liking. After riding to Yountville we decided to return our bikes to the Napa Valley Bike Tour location where the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The return process was quick and hassle-free. I loved exploring the city on their well-maintained bikes, and the scenic routes they suggested made the ride even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Napa Valley Bike Shop and the Napa Valley Bike Tours to anyone looking for a fun and convenient way to explore the area. Five stars all the way! 🌟
When it comes to customer satisfaction and service, these guys set the standard! Noah and the team in bike sales went way above and beyond in setting me up with my new bike and even put up with my constant mind changing. All he cared about was if I was going to be happy and satisfied with this big purchase that I was taking with me on my overseas assignment. He never complained and always went the extra mile to get me the right bike I wanted. Their service department has the same mentality when it comes to customer service and some might say that the service manager has a "sparkly" personality. As an avid bike rider and owner of many bikes, Napa Valley Bike Shop is number 1 and my only choice.
