Had at least 3 instances where disappointing medical advice was given (eg telling us a sprained ankle when it was actually fractured). I was excited about the app and loeffler responds right away but the response is “come into the office” not things we can do at home or medical advice. We had a wonderful pediatrician in our old location and have been very frustrated with this office. We have since moved pediatricians in Napa and wouldn’t recommend.
