A LOUSY experience. Came with a large party today at 1:30p. Unclear if other staff, including the kitchen, had called out because it took an eternity for her to take our drinks. She instead took smaller tables, those that had come in later, and had their orders entered while we waited. We appreciated that she got our kids' food in early, but we didn't put in an order until about 2p. And then we waited. We didn't see the waitress for a long time. At about 3p, we were very annoyed. Finally, two dishes came out. Where the other dishes were, no clue. Nearly an hour after we ordered, the food started coming out. Turns out the grilled cheese and tomato soup that we ordered couldn't be served because...they ran out of tomato soup. Why they chose to tell us an hour after we ordered is beyond me. A manager came out to check on us and asked how the food was. We only complained about the BLT, which was missing tomato and had burnt bacon. He said he'd take it off the bill and asked how he could make it up to us. We asked him for the bill. He NEVER came back. At this point, people had to leave. It was nearly four o'clock and WE HAD TO GO. Other than the BLT, no discount, no comp, no nothing. Just cranky people in a weird ghost town of a restaurant.
