Went to get an estimate in the middle of the day, but the only guy that works in the office and does estimates wasn't there. So drove back the next day, talked to the guy, he took pictures and said he'd email me an estimate. I didn't hear anything back, so I called a week later and he read me back my email address and said he'll email me an estimate as soon as he puts it together. I asked how far they are booked out and how soon I could get my truck painted. He said it would be within a week. It's been over a month and I have yet to get an estimate STILL!!! I took my truck to NW Auto body and got an incredible paint job!! I wouldn't waste my time at Narrow Way, doesn't look like they want to earn anyone's business.

I can't say enough about Tory and Narrow Way company. I received supreme customer service throughout my entire experience. I was referred to Narrow Way by another great company. My car was painted, which took a lot of time and effort to come up with a perfect color and Tory was extremely patient with me. I can't say enough about the excellent quality of work they did on my car. It was such a comprehensive job to take apart so many parts and pieces of the car to do the job correctly. The detail is astonishing! The color exceeded my expectation and every single minute detail is perfect! Thank you Tory, Trish and everyone involved!

Absolutely love this place they got me in for an appointment quickly and got my car done fast and efficiently! Amazing customer service on the phone and in person! They washed and cleaned my car as well. Could not be more pleased with my service.
