Shyanne helped us today and she was simply amazing. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful. It’s hard to find nice people who enjoy helping customers. Her along with cleanness and pricing of this place, it’s hard to beat. I highly recommend them. Note to management... keep Shyanne around. She’s a gem.

Mostly used as commercial storage units I can see the reasoning behind such intense costs and of course the temperature control but still... Jesus... I nearly pay 500 for I think what is one of their largest units and that's insane... That could pay a month of rent for somewhere to live for a whole other human if you found the right rental availibilities. Hahaha. Still though, it's got amazing security so you never feel like you need to worry about your belongings and it's discreetly placed so the units are facing a hill that drops down to the freeway so nobody can see your things and I like that too. The business is good all around, no question, just wish it was a little most cost reasonable.

When I sold my house three years ago I need to find a place to store almost everything I own until I decided where I wanted to settle next. Narrows Self Storage had an outside unit available that made for a very convenient move. I recently reunited with my possessions and moved everything out again but I greatly appreciate the excellent facility, the security, and the friendly staff at Narrows Self Storage.
