Property managers that don't know how to do their job. Our condo complex has been battling them for years due to neighboring commercial property. Michelle, my contact there, tried to blame it on minor construction in the area. Won't return calls or texts at this point. Getting legal involved.

Do not rent from this company. They have the worst apartment managers. My building had 5 managers in the span of 1.5 years. If you have any issue, prepare to get lucky if the office ever answers you. They will tell you they are forwarding your issue and then never do it. Prepare to constantly be ignored if you ever call in.

One of the worst property management companies I've ever had to deal with. Everything takes weeks to get done, if it gets done at all. Work orders when they are actually done are barely fixed. I've had to spend so much of my own money for basic things that were supposed to come with the property when I signed the lease. The managers don't care at all, and treat you poorly when you call them out on their mistakes, very unprofessional. Trash bins are always overflowing and they don't keep the property up. The bathrooms are disgusting, things are broken. It's almost embarrassing to be here for when my clients visit, especially considering what they charge you would expect a lot better. Writing this review as a service to anyone who considers working with them. Don't do it, don't waste your time and money like they have wasted mine.
