I love Natalie Salon, Over the years the owners have remembered my preferences. One, they always let me sit and soak my feet and use the wonderful chair massage for about ten to fifteen minutes to relax before they start. Like I said this is my preference and they remember each time. The pedicures are wonderful and last a long time. I would recommend this place!

Love my nail color. I found that some parts of my nails have a bump & bubbles from the gel. Anyway, my dog seem to approves 🐾

I came to Natalie's salon to get my nails done for my wedding last week. Prior to coming, I called and scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was told to come into the shop with 15min from when I called, which I assumed was when someone would be available to do my nails. When I got there the owner of the store was at the front desk handling customers, I told her I had an appointment I'll be doing my nails for my wedding, and I showed her a picture of how I want my nails done. She looked at me and said, "we don't have time for that," indicating that they would not do my nails the way I want it. She told me, "we only have time to do a quick gel on your nails." I was frozen in shock by how RUDE, DISREGARDING, and DISRESPECTFUL her demeanor and comments were especially since I mentioned the nails would be for my wedding and coming from the OWNER of the store. I told her I wouldn't want someone doing a sloppy rushed job on my nails for my wedding, and since they don't have time for my business, I'll just go somewhere else. I have been to this nail salon before and had an excellent experience, but after the treatment I received coming to do my nails for a special occasion in my life, I will NEVER return back to Natalie salon. It was completely unacceptable, shame on the manager if she thought that was an appropriate way to communicate with a customer!
