Nate was incredible helpful and informational throughout the lending process and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family! We met up before my wife and I even started looking into house (almost a year prior) just to talk through what it looks like to buy a house, and he was so willing and open to explain any term that I didn't know, which there were many of them. Once we started seriously looking, he helped guide us step by step, working in tandem with our realtor, to make sure we were never in the dark about anything, and also explained all potential options for how to move forward when a challenge came up. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Nate! We love our house, and the rates he was able to lock in for us were more than reasonable within the crazy market we find ourselves in!
