I am incredibly grateful for this mechanic's honesty and expertise. They not only provided great and honest pricing, but they also went the extra mile by rotating my tires. They noticed I needed it and rotated them. What truly impressed me was their integrity when another big name shop claimed I needed new calipers, which turned out to be unnecessary. This mechanic saved me from unnecessary expenses and proved their commitment to providing accurate and reliable service. Highly recommend their exceptional service!
Probably our new local shop. We've been on the lookout for a trusty mechanic since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Nate's took care of our car when it finally decided to not start anymore after a few weeks of intermittent problems. The guy I spoke with (Nate I'm guessing) was straightforward about how long he thought it would take, provided an estimate once he had an idea of what needed to be done, and the pricing was fair. It's been maybe 2 weeks since, and my Element starts without hesitation now. His work took away the low-key anxiety out of driving the car somewhere ("what if it doesn't start if I have an emergency"), and that's worth a whole lot to me.
I'm going to start taking the old girl to them for her usual high mileage maintenance. As far as I'm concerned, they have earned my repeat business.
