This is the 3rd time we worked with Nathalie and she's always going above and beyond to make this a great experience. She is a great professional, very knowledgeable about the current market and always available to support her customers. We just purchased a house, and with the challenging market conditions and increased competition, we wanted to make sure we understand how to adapt our offers to get more chances. Nathalie has been great to articulate this for us so we could make a stronger offer and we quickly were able to find a house that fits our criteria. Nathalie also did a great job to keep us informed about the progress of work that needed to be done by the previous owner prior to closing, so we always felt we knew exactly where things were at.
