I have nothing but raving reviews for my experience with national auto collision. When I was truly stressed after an accident Steve talked me through what all the steps would look like and assured me we would find the best option for the situation which we did! He also helped me manage my budget as well as kept me informed of the repairs along the way. Nothing but positive things to say about this shop.

I’ve used National Auto on two separate occasions in the last 2 years and both times they have provided exceptional service and were easy to work with. Car looked good as new after they were done with the work and they got the job done quickly even through some additional damage showed up. I was worried about setting up a rental car, as that can be time consuming and difficult, but they were able to set that up and the whole experience was super smooth beginning to end. While I hopefully won’t be having too much more car damage in the future, I’ll definitely be using them again!

My Prius door had to be repaired and they provided a top notch service for me. I didn’t have a ride and their staff was able to drop me off on their way to home. Luckily it was on the way. Friendly gesture was really appreciated as we could both benefit from riding the carpool lane. They were very clear on their communication and the door was repaired sooner than I expected. Just glad to get my Prius back nice and clean. Highly recommend this place for your body shop.
