I will never use NBI again. We were told we would have the report on Monday. On Tues I called and they were nonchalant about it. Wed I called and was told there was nothing at all they could do and hung up on me. Use Rick Mollenkopf at Hypersafe. Great reports. Great client relastionship. Same day report. Roberta Real Estate Agent.

I have been using NBI for about 10 years. They are an immense asset to the Real Estate industury. They are very professional and incredibly helpful. During the entire process of an inspection, they will go above and beyond to make it a pleasant and painless experience. NBI is also very accommodating to everyone involved, their schedule, needs, and concerns. They are a true pleasure to work with! I would not use any other company.
