Very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. This will be my goto garage door company from now on and this is coming from a guy that replaced all three of his garage door springs and openers himself due to poor experiences with other companies.
Big shout out to Alex who was our tech and did an awesome job with the install of two new doors and openers. One of the few remodeling jobs we’ve had that went totally smoothly.
One of the glass panels in the door I bought from these guys shattered spontaneously about 5 years out--just after the warranty expired. I contacted them for a replacement and they quoted me $725.00. I asked about buying just the glass and doing it myself and they said that would cost $599.00 plus tax, with no warranty and no guarantee that it would match the other panels. Instead, I bought a matching piece from an online store for $150.
I appreciate the owner's response below my review. I'm adding photos taken after I replaced the broken panel. I challenge anyone to identify the glass bought online.
