This company does not respond to calls. Have no communication with the property owners. No transparency. When you sign the contract in April, you wait months to have panels installed. You wait months for a city inspection. You’re not told when an inspector is coming to your home. Then after waiting months and months (almost October), failed inspection everything is wrong with the install. They will probably have to redo the entire job because they hire people that are not experienced or do not care. No insignia on vehicles, just plain vehicles (you have no idea who these people are) Now the payment is coming up on these panels that are not functioning. Been waiting for months, summer is over and here we are. When someone does call you back it’s always pointing the finger at the city instead of blaming themselves. Will not pay a penny, will be contacting legal to get these panels off my roof and contract cancelled and complaining to the BBB if this company doesn’t start communicating. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
PS. The pigeons have now claimed it their home, just nesting underneath the panels
Despite what other people said about the NEI and their staff. Right now 09-13-23, I will have a never ending story, with friends and everybody I ll meet. National Energy Installers you guys are GREAT!!! Salesperson, "Benji", Mayra (C.S.)and Sr, Project Manager, MR Walker. all Excellent!!!! Excellent!!!!, Excellent!!!!... If I would have or buy another property(s) definitely I will GO WITH would sollar with National Energy Installers.. BLESSINGS !!!!!
