I was recommended this business by a colleague, so I guess they have a good experience with them, but here's mine from my first (and only) order. We needed custom-cut foam boards for an art piece, and when I asked them if they could make two pieces of specific sizes for me they said yes, and quoted me for them (quite a high price, but I needed them) Instead of the two custom-cut pieces I was invoiced and paid for, I got 2 smaller pieces plus 2 smaller ones to make up for the difference. When I brought this up to their attention they then explained to me that those sizes can't be made and that's why it was done this way. I requested a refund for at least part of the order to make up for the difference of me having paid a very high price for something I could have done for much cheaper would have I known in time, but they refused. Extremely disappointed. Will not order from them again.
