Just completed our installation. From sales contact to finish this was an A+ experience. Brett in sales did a very good job of presenting the system and options and stayed in contact in a no pressure way. Our install manager John was one of the owners who did the site survey and was very helpful in problem solving. He fielded several followup questions and was always available to discuss concerns. The install team was outstanding. Expert and professional, they exceeded expectations. Communication was excellent with the install team leader Adam who listened to our (extensive) questions and came up with a plan to address all of our concerns. After installation, the system was explained in detail as well as the time line for commissioning. We received a binder with complete instructions and documentation. We are delighted, many thanks!

National Solar promptly created an appt for me to learn more about solar panels for my home in July 2023. Jacob was thorough, informative, and professional. The 24 panel array was installed near the end of Sept 2023. So far, they are working splendidly! I live overseas most of the year, but I can monitor my solar array output by the hour and day via the phone app to see how they are performing. I am on track to bank enough electricity with Pacific Power to cover months with lower production and pay the minimim hookup charge monthly, which is fantastic! The National Solar techs have done a great job communicating with me while I am living overseas and are quick to get back to me with answers to my questions. I highly recommend installing solar panels with National Solar if it is deemed workable for your home and location. Keep up the good work!

National Solar was great to work with! I spent a lot of time researching local solar companies and their combination of price and service was better than the rest of the competition. I worked with Anthony and had a 6.5kWh system installed consisting of 18 REC TwinPeak 4 365w panels. The system has worked exactly as advertised and I plan on having them add an additional 5 panels a year or two down the road. The only issue I had was with the provided gateway resetting itself throughout the day, but National Solar came out and replaced it at no charge. If you're looking for a local solar company to install a system, I would highly recommend!
