Nice location with great views and hikes by the ocean! If you are in the area, should stop by and spend few hrs. I have heard sunsets at this point are great, but haven’t been here for sunsets. You are on your own without lifesavers on duty. But this beach isn’t so much for water play, due to the waves and water flow etc. The beach is pretty clean and rock formations are interesting as you walk around the beach.
Santa Cruz is popular for boardwalk etc, but this place should be on the list for visitors.

💡Here's a tip: walk off to the right of the beach, climb the ridge (it can be slippery at some points) and keep walking. You'll find a more secluded beach section down a bit
Popular beach spot, with surfers and sail boats right off the shore. This beach is known for its natural stone arch. If you head towards the back you can find some nice trails with boardwalks through the park.
