Casey Castillo - this man can teach a masterclass in being a sleazy sales person. No I don’t want a grotto for my pool and no you don’t know what I want because you’re too busy pushing your cheese ball ideas of a rock wall, stairs etc… that I don’t want instead of listening … ProTip: talk less, listen more. I couldn’t wait to say no to this guy just do I wouldn’t have to hear his voice or see his face ever again.
Check the reviews - he comes in at a low price and reputable pool companies like All-Star and KrisCo have to finish the job either after his shoddy / no show work or he’ll change order you to death. Avoid, but if you must talk to him, you’ll soon find out for yourself he’s all cringe.
