I would not recommend this store. The owner is very direct and can come across as inappropriate. For example, asking how you are when you walk in and when you ask it back he asks “now you’re writing a book on me?” I felt very uncomfortable with the several different comments made, even though it was likely intended to be goofy.
I would also discourage from using the repair man they recommend. He was very abrasive and told me to take my business elsewhere since I told him I was getting a few quotes before moving forward with repairs.
What’s fantastic experience dealing with this establishment! Truly dedicated customer service and excellent product knowledge. I couldn’t be happier with the product I purchased or the service I’ve received and will receive in the future. Highly recommended, and wish I would have come in sooner.
I also highly recommend the enzyme water treatment products...I’ve never experienced such wonderful spa conditions!
