Our roof shingles were replaced by Natural Slate Roofing after an August storm. It was a breeze dealing with Brayden. Like many others, our shingles were on back order, but Brayden made sure to keep us in the loop and ensured a quick installation once they arrived. Tracy, along with the rest of the team, did an exceptional job and they made sure to clean up well after the job was done. All in all, we had a wonderful experience in San Francisco and we highly suggest Natural Slate Roofing!

This definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The roofing team, including Brayden and Tracy, knows precisely how to pay attention to customer needs, making sure even the minutest details are not ignored. They even went above and beyond the agreed-upon contract to guarantee my satisfaction, helping me navigate through my insurance issues. At first, I felt the cost for the roofing job in San Francisco was a tad high, but they took the time to break down each step, detailing where each penny was going and how their prices stack up against the competition. Experiencing such remarkable service and patience, I can't help but feel extremely content!

Brayden from Natural Slate Roofing has finally resolved our longstanding issue. I'll compile all the pictures to differentiate between past and present concerns. It's frustrating to lose money over the same problem, but the company has been cooperative. They've made it clear that they're committed to rectifying the problem, which has prevented us from resorting to legal action, something we were hesitant to do. I've gathered all necessary information and photos in anticipation of the next step. Brayden even suggested fixing the interior, despite our initial disagreements. This experience has taught me that it's important to trust a roofing company, regardless of their reviews. We had persistent leaks in our roof here in San Francisco and engaged Natural Slate Roofing to address the problem. The issue persisted, but Brayden assured us that the original problem was fixed and that a new one had arisen. We've lived in this house for over a decade and had never encountered any other problems besides this one spot. I was skeptical about whether they had corrected the right areas. Initially, we were quoted $2000+, which increased by another $2000+ upon tile removal. Despite this, we still employed them, only to find the problem unresolved. Due to heavy rain this year, the leaking issue continued. After numerous attempts to contact Brayden (with no response for at least a month), he finally visited and informed us of additional work required, which would incur further costs. He promised to provide an estimate, which I have yet to receive. Despite spending $4000+, the same problem persists. Brayden claimed it was a new issue, but how can he be certain? We paid the amount only to be left dealing with the same issue. Despite these challenges, we believe that Tracy and the team are committed to providing a solution, and we look forward to a leak-free home in the future.
